Yes — a non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment slot. The amount varies based on the size and complexity of your piece. Deposits are applied toward the final cost.
Get a good night's sleep, eat a solid meal before your session, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol the night before. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the placement area.
We provide detailed aftercare instructions tailored to your piece. Generally: keep the initial wrap on for a few hours, gently wash with fragrance-free soap, apply a thin layer of recommended ointment, and avoid sun, swimming, and tight clothing during healing.
Walk-ins are welcome for small, simple pieces when the artist is available, but we always recommend booking ahead — especially for custom work or larger sessions. Call us to check same-day availability.
You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo or piercing. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.
